The Employee must perform Building Surveyor duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including property or tenancy records, viewings and access, client or landlord updates, contractor instructions, compliance and maintenance escalation, building, surveyor, client confidentiality. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access site, client, design, drawing, tender, pricing, programme, RAMS, permit and project records except where authorised and necessary for proper building surveyor work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the real estate operational controls that apply to building surveyor work, including site induction, PPE, RAMS, permits, drawings, contractor coordination and incident reporting, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect site, client, design, drawing, tender, pricing, programme, RAMS, permit and project records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing building surveyor duties.
