The Employee must perform Handyperson duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including handyperson work planning, real estate records, handyperson quality checks, real estate escalation, handyperson stakeholder updates, handyperson, client confidentiality, property access. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access client, property, viewing, key, tenant, landlord, offer, maintenance and contractor records except where authorised and necessary for proper handyperson work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the real estate operational controls that apply to handyperson work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect client, property, viewing, key, tenant, landlord, offer, maintenance and contractor records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing handyperson duties.
