The Employee must perform Response Driver duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including route and vehicle checks, delivery or passenger handover, journey records, loading and security, incident and delay escalation, response, driver, site assignment. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access route, delivery, vehicle, customer, address, tracking, stock, fuel and incident records except where authorised and necessary for proper response driver work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the security operational controls that apply to response driver work, including SIA escalation, assignment instructions, access control, incident logs, patrol records and public interaction, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect route, delivery, vehicle, customer, address, tracking, stock, fuel and incident records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing response driver duties.
