The Employee must perform Wedding Abroad Planner (Couples) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including wedding abroad planner (couples) work planning, travel and tourism records, wedding abroad planner (couples) quality checks, travel and tourism escalation, wedding abroad planner (couples) stakeholder updates, wedding, abroad, planner. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access site, client, design, drawing, tender, pricing, programme, RAMS, permit and project records except where authorised and necessary for proper wedding abroad planner (couples) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the travel & tourism operational controls that apply to wedding abroad planner (couples) work, including site induction, PPE, RAMS, permits, drawings, contractor coordination and incident reporting, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect site, client, design, drawing, tender, pricing, programme, RAMS, permit and project records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing wedding abroad planner (couples) duties.
