The Employee must perform School Business Manager duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including school business manager work planning, education records, school business manager quality checks, education escalation, school business manager stakeholder updates, school, business, manager. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access pupil, student, parent, safeguarding, assessment, admissions, attendance and learning-support records except where authorised and necessary for proper school business manager work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the education operational controls that apply to school business manager work, including Ofsted escalation, safeguarding, pupil records, attendance, assessment, parent communications and education procedures, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect pupil, student, parent, safeguarding, assessment, admissions, attendance and learning-support records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing school business manager duties.
