The Employee must perform Receptionist (Club front desk) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including visitor access, appointment scheduling, telephone and email triage, front-of-house records, confidential message handling, receptionist, role duties, confidentiality. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access employee, customer, supplier, appointment, correspondence, document, system and office records except where authorised and necessary for proper receptionist (club front desk) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the fitness operational controls that apply to receptionist (club front desk) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect employee, customer, supplier, appointment, correspondence, document, system and office records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing receptionist (club front desk) duties.
