The Employee must perform School Sports Coach (PE) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including school sports coach (pe) work planning, fitness records, school sports coach (pe) quality checks, fitness escalation, school sports coach (pe) stakeholder updates, school, sports, coach. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access pupil, student, parent, safeguarding, assessment, admissions, attendance and learning-support records except where authorised and necessary for proper school sports coach (pe) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the fitness operational controls that apply to school sports coach (pe) work, including safeguarding, pupil records, attendance, assessment, parent communications and education procedures, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect pupil, student, parent, safeguarding, assessment, admissions, attendance and learning-support records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing school sports coach (pe) duties.
