The Employee must perform Wellbeing Advisor (Corporate wellness) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including wellbeing advisor (corporate wellness) work planning, fitness records, wellbeing advisor (corporate wellness) quality checks, fitness escalation, wellbeing advisor (corporate wellness) stakeholder updates, wellbeing, advisor, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records except where authorised and necessary for proper wellbeing advisor (corporate wellness) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the fitness operational controls that apply to wellbeing advisor (corporate wellness) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing wellbeing advisor (corporate wellness) duties.
