The Employee must perform Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor (Falls) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including exercise rehabilitation instructor (falls) work planning, physiotherapy records, exercise rehabilitation instructor (falls) quality checks, physiotherapy escalation, exercise rehabilitation instructor (falls) stakeholder updates, exercise, rehabilitation, instructor. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records except where authorised and necessary for proper exercise rehabilitation instructor (falls) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the physiotherapy operational controls that apply to exercise rehabilitation instructor (falls) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, client, supplier, employee, operational, financial, safety and role-specific records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing exercise rehabilitation instructor (falls) duties.
