The Employee must perform Transport Manager duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including transport, manager, vehicle use, route records, delivery standards. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access route, delivery, vehicle, customer, address, tracking, stock, fuel and incident records except where authorised and necessary for proper transport manager work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the transport & storage operational controls that apply to transport manager work, including HSE escalation, workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect route, delivery, vehicle, customer, address, tracking, stock, fuel and incident records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing transport manager duties.
