The Employee must perform Travel Insurance Agent (Medical screening) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including travel insurance agent (medical screening) work planning, travel and tourism records, travel insurance agent (medical screening) quality checks, travel and tourism escalation, travel insurance agent (medical screening) stakeholder updates, travel, insurance, agent. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access client, account, payroll, tax, payment, credit, claim, policy and financial records except where authorised and necessary for proper travel insurance agent (medical screening) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the travel & tourism operational controls that apply to travel insurance agent (medical screening) work, including client money, financial records, approvals, conflicts, anti-fraud controls and data security, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect client, account, payroll, tax, payment, credit, claim, policy and financial records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing travel insurance agent (medical screening) duties.
