The Employee must perform Digital Marketing Executive duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including campaign briefs, brand approvals, channel publishing, performance reporting, content and intellectual property controls, digital, marketing, executive. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, till, payment, stock, supplier, security, rota, promotion and loss-prevention records except where authorised and necessary for proper digital marketing executive work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the wholesale & retail operational controls that apply to digital marketing executive work, including stock control, tills, customer service, loss prevention, store security and shift handovers, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, till, payment, stock, supplier, security, rota, promotion and loss-prevention records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing digital marketing executive duties.
