The Employee must perform Audio Buyer (Radio) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including audio buyer (radio) work planning, advertising and marketing records, audio buyer (radio) quality checks, advertising and marketing escalation, audio buyer (radio) stakeholder updates, audio, buyer, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access customer, till, payment, stock, supplier, security, rota, promotion and loss-prevention records except where authorised and necessary for proper audio buyer (radio) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the advertising & marketing operational controls that apply to audio buyer (radio) work, including stock control, tills, customer service, loss prevention, store security and shift handovers, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect customer, till, payment, stock, supplier, security, rota, promotion and loss-prevention records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing audio buyer (radio) duties.
