The Employee must perform Hot Yoga Teacher (Bikram) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including Plan, deliver or support sessions, instruction or participant activities in line with the Employer's procedures. Maintain accurate attendance, progress, incident, welfare or session records required for the role. Follow health and safety, supervision, inclusion, conduct and escalation procedures.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access participant information, welfare information, attendance records, progress notes, parent or guardian communications except where authorised and necessary for proper hot yoga teacher (bikram) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the fitness operational controls that apply to hot yoga teacher (bikram) work, including participant safety, health and safety procedures, supervision standards, conduct procedures, record accuracy, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect participant information, welfare information, attendance records, progress notes, parent or guardian communications and any related personal data, operational records, system access details or confidential information accessed while performing hot yoga teacher (bikram) duties.
