What CRM Manager (iGaming) work looks like in practice
An iGaming CRM Manager plans email, SMS, push and in-product communications across acquisition, onboarding, retention and reactivation. Terms should cover segmentation, consent, suppression, excluded or vulnerable customers, bonus approval, frequency, localisation, testing, data access and attribution. The manager may optimise engagement but must not target people who should be suppressed, infer sensitive vulnerability for promotional exploitation or launch incentives without current terms and approval. Journey documentation should show what happens when consent, risk status or jurisdiction changes between audience selection and delivery. Holdout testing must preserve essential service and customer-protection messages, ensuring an experiment never suppresses communications required for account safety or control.
