The Employee must perform Compliance Officer (Real Estate) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including compliance officer (real estate) work planning, real estate records, compliance officer (real estate) quality checks, real estate escalation, compliance officer (real estate) stakeholder updates, compliance, officer, client confidentiality. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access client, matter, case, file, advice, privilege, fee, conflict and court or tribunal records except where authorised and necessary for proper compliance officer (real estate) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the real estate operational controls that apply to compliance officer (real estate) work, including client care, file notes, confidentiality, conflicts, undertakings, deadlines and supervision, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect client, matter, case, file, advice, privilege, fee, conflict and court or tribunal records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing compliance officer (real estate) duties.
