The Employee must perform Porter duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including porter work planning, admin and support records, porter quality checks, admin and support escalation, porter stakeholder updates, porter, role duties, confidentiality. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access employee, customer, supplier, appointment, correspondence, document, system and office records except where authorised and necessary for proper porter work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the admin & support operational controls that apply to porter work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect employee, customer, supplier, appointment, correspondence, document, system and office records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing porter duties.
