Day-to-day operating brief
What Campaign Manager (Execution) work looks like in practice
A Campaign Manager turns an approved marketing objective into coordinated activity across creative, media, CRM, web and events. The role owns dependencies, timing and delivery quality rather than every specialist decision. Terms should define campaign types, channels, budget authority, project systems, agencies, audience data, claims, tracking, accessibility, launch approval, incident response and performance reporting. A launch-readiness review should cover final assets, destination pages, tracking, audiences, budgets, service capacity and rollback contacts by channel. Campaign naming and identifiers need consistency across agencies and platforms for reconciliation. If a scheduled activation occurs outside staffed hours, ownership and stop authority must be explicit. Closure should archive live links, licences and final spend while recording unresolved customer, supplier or data actions.
