The Employee must perform Mortgage Broker (Real Estate) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including mortgage broker (real estate) work planning, real estate records, mortgage broker (real estate) quality checks, real estate escalation, mortgage broker (real estate) stakeholder updates, mortgage, broker, client confidentiality. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access client, account, payroll, tax, payment, credit, claim, policy and financial records except where authorised and necessary for proper mortgage broker (real estate) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the real estate operational controls that apply to mortgage broker (real estate) work, including client money, financial records, approvals, conflicts, anti-fraud controls and data security, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect client, account, payroll, tax, payment, credit, claim, policy and financial records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing mortgage broker (real estate) duties.
