The Employee must perform Brand Manager (Product) duties with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, including brand manager (product) work planning, advertising and marketing records, brand manager (product) quality checks, advertising and marketing escalation, brand manager (product) stakeholder updates, brand, manager, role duties. The Employee must follow the Employer's procedures, keep role records accurate, complete required checks or handovers, and ask for guidance where instructions, authority limits or risks are unclear.
The Employee must not disclose, copy, remove, misuse or access client, campaign, brief, artwork, asset, intellectual-property, pricing and publication records except where authorised and necessary for proper brand manager (product) work. Any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure must be reported promptly.
The Employee must follow the advertising & marketing operational controls that apply to brand manager (product) work, including workplace procedures, records, customer or client standards, data protection, health and safety and escalation, accurate record keeping, escalation and safe working requirements.
The Employee must protect client, campaign, brief, artwork, asset, intellectual-property, pricing and publication records, including any personal data, customer or client information, operational records, pricing, credentials, security information, business plans and role-specific records accessed while performing brand manager (product) duties.
